As you must be aware cross boarder shipping and transportation is a time taking and documentation intensive process. therefore proper planning and clear communication becomes crucial for smooth trade to happen between both parties. we are always up to date with policies and socio-political situation in-order to avoid unwanted situations.
mostly the prices and quality are agreed upon virtually before the buyer wants to request for samples. The samples will only be sent after we receive a letter of interest from the importing firm with all the necessary details of the final order. we can start the sourcing and packaging process once we receive the payment terms are agreed upon.
for all the new firms doing business with us we work on 100% advance payment or an irrevocable lc from a recognized bank before we ship the order. payment guarantee and safe, insured delivery stays our priority.
